“Horrible experience. Customer service is awful. Getting our fireplace working took 2 1/2 months of the coldest part of our winter. Every time (3 times) I had to call to see what was going on, I never received a call back. I always had to call them again a few days later. I would never recommend this company, even to someone I don't like.”

“in my opinion these guys are scumbags they were supposed to install counterflashing on a chimney I did for them. 14 months went by when they called me to say the chimney is leaking ,so I went back to job site and got on the roof and seen for my self that the counterflashing was never installed instead they sloped tar over the bottom flashing these guy don't have a clue how to run a construction co. I got plenty of pics to prove it . when I showed them the pics they did not want to fix it that was in 2014 its 1018 now they still have not fixed it instead they are waisting the homeowners money try to find a way to blame me for there lack of intelligence”
