“The event venue was FANTASTIC for my event on 03/04/2023. I selected there FM 529 location, it was the right size for the amount of guests I was having. Cynthia, sales manager, was very informative about the option that would work within my budget. I had an amazing birthday due to the venue. The server Mervin was amazing, he was very accommodating. He asked our guests many times over if they were okay or if they needed anything. Also the bartender was well knowledgeable about our cocktail selection, she even complimented me on the drink menu I made for the bar. Everything was stunning I LOVED my décor, as my colors were lavender and gold and the ensemble they put together for my tables were just stunning . All my guest raved about my table centerpieces. I can't stop praising my experience with Alergia Gardens! Planning an event is stressful enough, but the way Alegria Gardens handled the hall portion it was an easy going process. I appreciate the entire staff there including the table designer Alex who was very instrumental in how my tables were going to look. Also, the transparency is hard to find in this line of business but Alegria Gardens NAILED!”

“I had my daughter's quinceañera in November 2023 at the Stacey location. The staff were so understanding with how stressed out I was planning the party as I am not a person to want to plan type of celebration and only did it for my daughter. My event coordinator Nancy made the experience as easy and as smoothly as possible for me to plan. Alex was very attentive to all the concerns I had regarding the set-up of the hall and accommodated all the requests I had for it. Martha answered every question I had concerning financing the event. They made my daughter's party so wonderful not only for my daughter but also for everyone who attended. All I heard from everyone was how beautifully the celebration turned out. When my daughter said "This is so surreal! I never thought I would ever have this!" several times throughout the evening, it made the process of planning it so worth it. I will definitely be planning any future events I may have with them again and I highly recommend you do too.”

“Amazing staff amazing night with my son saturday i am very blessed to have found that place for my sons birthday party i am a very hard person to be amazed but this place made my night very easy and very happy my kid was so happy and my family loved the decorations and the service we felt like royalty if it wasn’t for cynthia and nancy i dont know where i be they made my night smooth and made all my guest feel welcome thanks ladys for making my night very wonderful....”

“they were great..they worked with us and helped us a lot...and even though we were in the middle of a hurricane and only about 1/3 of our guests showed they made sure it looked great and we had a great time. were even willing to reschedule if we needed to cancel because of the weather”

“I had my husband's 50th birthday and it was a spectacular experience. The room was ready in time so that the person who decorated could do her job. Mrs. Cynthia is very kind and always ready to collaborate with me. I recommend the halls of Alegria Gardens one hundred percent.”

“My experience here was very disappointing I was so looking forward to this location until I went in to sign my contract. Cynthia was very upset when we ask a question why she insisted we pay a 25% instead of the 15% on the contract and Asked her if for any reason the event does hold will 10% be returned back to me since the it say 15% non refund. To my surprise she made stereotype comments and became rude. I ask my boss at work who is not black she told her the same information she gave me but told her a minimum of 15% deposit non refundable is required. My boss asked her again this conversation was not in English about the deposit and she said 15% . Wow what a shame. But am blessed because we got a place just 10mins after and saved about a thousand. You didn’t do us bad Cynthia. Thank you for your time. you refused to give us your management contact well that is a shame as well. Thank you.”

“I had wedding on this place the waiter totally ruin the party that he cut the cake instead bride suppose to cut the cake . When I complain to management they just said they are very sorry for what happened in accident . How come the waiter cut the cake .”
