“This is my first visit & last. I called the receptionist after being referred by 2 current patients. I notified her that I wanted a cleaning and my insurance provides for 2 free cleanings a year. Receptionist says they verified my insurance and made appointment. I get there, they take my info, take pics and 360 scan. Dr. And assistant agree on a "dental plan" and refer me to another Dr. Meanwhile, I'm told I need a "deep cleaning" & it cost about $150!. They send me home after no cleaning and I receive a BILL for $144!!! due to scan of full head? All I wanted was my free cleaning!”
