“I went to Andy's Nails on Rockville Road for the first time and showed them a pick of beautiful nails painted white, with a gold french tip, and glitter at the base. I left with something that looked NOTHING like I asked for. The people were friendly and it's a beautiful salon. But, I didn't like what I got at all.”

This time May 28th, 2022 a older woman was doing my nails, she said any issues she'll fix it for me, after arguing with me to clean underneath the free edge of my nail. I asked this older lady who was doing my nails, to make the nail symmetrical & to please remove the extra paint off my skin she proceeded to tell me she won't fix my nails again if I ask and proceeded to drill over my skin which caused a hole in my skin, you can see down to where the nail hasn't grown up & out yet.. valentines Day 2018 I had "Johnny" do my nails who was incredibly rude he was impatient and I hit my nail he fix it 2 times using 2 different colors , he said he won't fix it for me again, he said he wanted to go home the whole time, he told me not to ask fro him next time I come. He puts on his things to leave and as soon as a white woman came in with her daughter he gave her them service I wish I had received. He was polite and kind right after yelling at me and saying he was leaving.it was extremely embarrassing because another customer felt the need to apologize me and ask was I okay.. my finger nails looked HORRIBLE, took these nail pics are after I got home. They looked weeks old, This is their 3rd strike with me 2 infected toes and embarrassment I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.”

“I was referred to this establishment by my niece. The first time there the experience was acceptable the receptionist on the line was warm and pleasant and I thought I had finally found the place to have My biweekly nails and pedis. My experience with Kim was excellent she was fast, friendly and good I tipped her 20.00 and I was so pleased I made another appointment. Well my confirmation was sent to my phone. For my next appointment, However I was not informed that my nail tech has quit nothing was relayed until I showed up at the shop the receptionist said she attempted to call me on Martin Luther’s birthday and on the day of the appointment. Those calls never happened! I work nights my phone never got a call from this lady. The last straw was they placed me with a rude lady with long lashes who jerked my hand, made no attempt at human civility and talked on the phone the entire time. She never even made eye contact and did a horrible job on my nails. I went to another nail place to have my nails redone to the tune of an additional 60.00. They have horrible customer service, don’t use this facility. One star is too generous”

“Today I was treated SO RUDE BY NEAM (shaggy hair young guy) 3 seats from Andy) OR what ever his name is He tried to make a Colts Horseshoe & it was UGLY & He knew it as well as ANDY but they wanted the money & I asked very nicely to take it off - When he First starting he SLAMMED THE polish on the table- Saying what color I had already stated white French tips - It was so noticeable to the lady next to me She stated TO ME U ARE ok -u r TOO KIND - I felt LIKE THEY WERE BEING Prejudices seriously”
