Aramendia Plumbing Heating & Air Reviews

“Had a A team yearly contract for heating and air conditioning, with includes 3 service checks. I called to set up an appointment for the final service. The woman who picked up the phone was unfriendly because my contract had expired by 3 to 4 days back. I had apologized for not returning her call from the week before. She asked if I was going to renew my A team contract. I told her that I was undecided and would renew through the technicians after my final service. She then proceeded to tell me that they were not obligated to fulfill their 3rd service because my contract had expired by 3 to 4 days. She was very unfriendly and made me feel that I was fortunate to get that 3rd appointment. My equal response to her unfriendly attitude was without customers like me, Aramendia Plumbing Heating Air would not be in business. Their paying customers deserve respect especially when I was polite and apologetic for returning their call late. I permanently cancelled their 3rd service and will be looking for another plumbing and heating company, which they are many. Not a good job Aramendia for taking a long time customer and making them feel hamstringed and whipped. Your technicians are good at their jobs but your office staff just lost me as customer. I will be sharing with others to take their hard earned money elsewhere.”

“I was told I was purchasing the unit for $14,467.00 I was never told that it was a lease I feel that I was scammed and now I am stuck with a lease that will never end and if try to end it it will cost me a lot more than the price of the unit. I’m a senior citizen on a tight budget telling people to beware of this company.”
