“I’ve been coming here for years and after my pedicure last night will probably never go back again. At first I thought everything was fine, but when I got home I realized one of my big toes were rough around the edges and the way she cut my big toe, it was extremely painful when I woke up today to the point it hurt to touch. I went to another salon and had to have them go back and do another pedicure to fix the poor job she did. The polish was shellac so I didn’t think there were any issues. Boy was I wrong.”

“Came into location with an appointment my tech was out of town for emergency. I told them I was picky on my nails and they said they'd pick the best tech lol apparently they don't know good. One hand my nails are thicker on dip and shorter than my other hand which my nails are longer and not so short. The tech didn't even measure my nails out and did 1 hard at a time. She didn't even compare my hands once complete. Word of Advice don't allow them to pick a tech for you and stick with your normal person. Then when I made an appointment for the next week bc I wasn't happy all the representative said was I'm sorry after looking at my nails. Collected my money and said we'll see you next week. Lol”
