Big Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Reviews

“My wife and I found Big Mountain (3 representatives) to be very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to, not only our specifications, but provided additional information and recommendations. They DID NOT attempt to oversell any product or try to add anything tht would not be beneficial now or in the future.    As we mutually agreed that a change to the original propsal and contract to the Scope of Work (SOW) will require a new proposal and price; a reduction in requirements of the SOW is recommended, we cannot make a final determination of using this company at the time of this evaluation. An ammendment to this this evaluation will be required.    We would like to add that this was a second visit by Randall. We found him to be honest and upfront about what we wanted and pricing. As such, we signed a contract before he left outlying the SOW. In the short time we have known him, we would sum him up as a man of integrity. SnM Fields Vacaville,  CA”
