“We’ve used Bill Fenwick Plumbing for years. So when our garbage disposal started leaking we called them to come and replace it. We found out the company has been sold and there pricing has more than doubled. To replace our garbage disposal was $627.00. The same garbage disposal is sold at Home Depot for less than $100.00 dollars. The plumber even apologized that it was so high. We will never use them again!”

“They also claim to work on gas fireplace issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NO LONGER A FAMILY COMPANY. OWNED BY CORPORATION SINCE JUNE!! VERY EXPENSIVE AND NO COSTUMER SERVICE!! They came out about my gas fireplace. Didn't know why it worked now but went on and off the day before. $89 just to drive out and then used my sandpaper to spend 5 minutes sanding on 2 little metal sticks just incase there was soot and charged an additional $128. Called for days before I could even speak to someone in charge and he isn't sure what can be done. Said he would check and call back. He never called. I never received a bill. Just signed all this iPad stuff and handed over my credit card. My mistake for that. So do not use them!! $217 for nothing and I can't even put a review on their lovely testimonial page! ****** *** recommended them. I have called ****** *** and told them they should not be recommending them anymore.”
