“Replaced my elderly moms roof and 1st rain she had major water damage. Water heater connectors became dislodged causing gas leak. He didn’t even bother coming out- had to call fire department to shut off gas for her. Spend thousands in repairs due to his subcontractors- he only comes out to sell and pick up the check but won’t show his face when there’s a problem”
