Columbus Coach Reviews

“Going to Minneapolis, Minnesota from Cincinnati, Ohio. First the drivers were very unprofessional, no customer service skills. Video Montors didn't work, sound no picture, bathroom not clean nor would it flush, driver never even tired to service the bathroom. Window full of moisture couldn't see out of it. Driver late for return pickup. The most uncomfortable ride for a 10-12 hour ride . Air bags on driver side busted therefore bus leaning. Weight on tires feeling every bump. Driver doesn't know the DOT laws for fueling with passengers. Seem like they used the oldest most broke down motorcoach in their fleet All in all this was the worst experience. I would not ever recommend this company.”
