“I was approved of 6 visits for PT. MY doctor ordered12 visits. After the 6 visits Cora PT said they would work on getting the next 6 visits approved by my insurance. I called and I called and I called and I called. I left messages, and I talked to the receptionist. No one ever called me back. When they did answer the phone, I was told they would check into it and call me back. I never got a response. No one ever called me back. I sent an email to the corporate office through their website, and again no response. Terrible customer service. I’m injured and need help. I will NEVER AGAIN try to use CORA PT. Horrible. How can they just ignore all my messages and phone calls.”
