“Broke my AC heading into a heatwave and part shortage. After years of business and thousands of $ they merely offered me wasting more of my time explaining how their tech breaking my AC was my fault. They were mediocre when things were working well, but when they broke my AC they couldn't have possibly been more disappointing in their response.”
