Dalworth Rug Cleaning Reviews

“BE FOREWOREND. GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO START. SHOP IT. THEY WILL GOUGE YOU IF YOU DONT. STOP, BREATH. YOUR HOUSE WILL BE REPAIRED. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. THIS COMPANY CAN'T BE TRUSTED. They want more than 2 times market value for water mitigation. Nationwide insurance company gave them $4,000. They want almost 8700. I've had three contractors in here that valued the work they did between 3000 and 3500. Now they're trying to put a lien on the house. They cut out about 200 square feet of carpet and 100 square feet of wall left some fans to dry everything out over a five-day period And they want $8,700. Three of the fans didn't work. Read their reviews on BBB. We are obviously being gouged there has to be somebody that protects us from this type of behavior. We were never given an estimate before hand. I'm not sure why they stopped at 8700 why not ask for 27000. Sorry, just making a point. To repair all the rooms plus remodel two extra bathrooms is 3500 but yet they want $8,700 JUST FOR CLEANUP. On top of it I spent three days renting home Depot equipment and I cleaned up 200 gallons of water, 400 in cost MY SELF B4 THEY EVEN SET FOOT IN THE HOUSE. They billed us for emergency service but it wasn't. THEY BILLED us for a closet WE cut the carpet out of. I don't know why they turned it over to a lawyer. They didn't get me the revised invoice until 10.24. It's not even 30 days late. We paid them 4000 which is what Nationwide determined was fair. Lol, they want 8700. BUYER BE WARNED..”
