“Carl Darley is a joke of a boss after working for the company several years undergoing being disrespected and treated like trash yelled at dang near every day for crap I had no control of. For the first three years Carl hated me due to his his wife working in the office so I quit. When his wife was fired due to family drama more for his wife being jealous of Carl's own niece. I returned back to Darleys thinking things would change and they did. While being employed for Darleys three of my children have also worked for this same company. My oldest so was wrongfully terminated for speaking the truth about another employee stealing jobs. My daughter was also employed by Darleys for a little over 1 year in this time Carl decided he was gonna leave his wife and start Entertaining myself and my 19 year old daughter he was causing so much stress in not just work life but home life to Carl decided he was gonna sleep with my 19 year old daughter which caused hostile work environment. And me to go to jail due to my daughter and myself fighting over over all the stress Carl caused us both at work and at home. As soon as Carl's wife come back in the picture s*** started all over again I was being yelled at yet again nothing I ever did was good enough for him but he never took the time to pay attention to what I did on a daily basses I was constantly saving our asses for service calls not getting done or phones never getting answered as they should there was so much favoritism in and out the office I could make one mistake and you would think I killed someone it gets announced being yelled out for everyone to here by a fellow employee drama queen that never could do no wrong.in the 5 years I worked for Darleys this employee has assisted in running off more then 3/4 of our customers. And she's still there. As soon as I ask for gossip policy to be brought back out due to this employee running her mouth to customers and other employees half the time and things that don't even have anything to do with her but to stir up trouble for me management would always say that they don't know where that gossip policy is anymore they can't even follow their own rules after undergoing three years of harassment from this other employee and Carl Darley. All the stress caused my to under go panic attacks and anxiety and also depression. I admitted myself into wekiva springs due to the depression while I was in wekiva springs Carl Darley fired me and put his wife in my place for a year I had to hear him tell his brother Dale that he was going he wanted me gone he didn't want me there no more all just so his wife can have a position back in my spot I was wrongfully treated the customers are wrongfully treated by their employees I highly do not recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Carl Darley and other employees put my personal life for everyone to know made joke about it . Little do you as customers know Carl has multiple strippers that purchase drugs out his house but wants to throw stones at me. Carl tends to have his way with many female employees and when he's done with them he fires them I know about 4 me included. No one deserves to harrased and treated in a way it's even hard to pay attention to your job in dear of what's being done or said behind your back. Since Carl and Eaulie he blessed my child by setting her up with his stepson whitch has been a nightmare since day one. Carl was able to fire me and remove me from a place I relied on to pay my bills but I can't be free of what Carl has caused in mine and my child's life due to his selfish wants and needs. To be honest Carl really could give two shits about his customers cause if he did all the traering up in employees personal life wouldn't have taken place and he may has payed more attention to all the living stealing a** employees that was right under his nose. If you pay in cash better watch your money mist all cash goes straight to Carla pocket it don't get prossed through Darleys plumbing Inc or it don't even make it to Carl lol. That place really needs a good auditor to get in contact with me so I can show all the money that was never entered in to qb for tax purposes. You have alot of nerve running me in the ground for petty stuff when you are stealing from the government on a daily basis. How can yourrust his employees that has been know to steal fron home owners and some how still have a job if the owner is a lier and a cheater and a thief himself I highly recommend you second guess having any work done by this man or this company.”
