“The overall product is not bad. The sales Agent John Chioatti gives you false hope and information so when things don't happen he just ignores your text or emails. Once you sign on the dotted line service is bad. If it wasn't for Tana his personal assistant it would of been even worse. When we get to the construction guy is when you find out alot of stuff and he just puts his hands up and says this is what it says that's over my paygrade. When you confront JOhn about it or his Boss they completely ignore you sometimes. its really weird . The driveway was left off . on us.... the shower door was left off but Shawn the head construction VP made the correct. Then we realize the shelves in the closests are not what we asked for and John ignores our questions and emails. he did not make it right. So now my husband on a new house has alot of projects . We also find out 2 weeks before close we owe them money because of a cluase that was in our documents. We asked 3x for copies of our agreement and John refused to give them to me . He at one point told me i was premature. i'm thinking in my head give me a copy of what i signed its that simple. Then his boss Jarod Klein throws in our face that since we didn't start to build within 90 days we are subject to a price increase due to lumber costs. My thoughts well we didn't know about the 90 days because you with held that from us and John told us to sign now to lock in our prices so that really isn't locking in prices . Plus it's Davis fault we didn't build for 6 months not us. .... i would never build with them again. They don't make good on their word they try to stick you with more and more so be prepared to keep forking out money on things you thought were covered because the sale guy tells you things you want to hear and then just ignores your emails....”
