“I first sought out the services of Mr. Newborn's firm in January of 2024. My case was passed to one of the associates. I consistently felt as if my case matter was unimportant (and maybe it is in the larger scheme of things, but it's important to me). I also had to ask the same questions repeatedly via email because getting a response wasn't always easy or timely (I'm hard of hearing and often miss important information on the phone). When I was told that the firm had fulfilled their obligation, I was left feeling "dropped/abandoned". However, my case remains unresolved. Never was I asked if I wanted or needed additional services, which I did and do. Even though it pains me to have to find another attorney, I'm glad it won't be with this firm. Perhaps there are other associates with better social skills than the one I dealt with. If so, I wish I had worked with them instead. Perhaps my opinion of the firm would have been different. As it is, I feel as though I've wasted months of my life and $1500!”
