“This is the most dangerous doctor I have ever encountered! He didn't listen to a word I said then filled my records with totally untruthful and malicious statements. It was completely intentional because I had the nerve to ask questions about his lack of attention to my previous records. He showed me alright, made sure any professional who sees my records in the future will treat me like a dangerous psychotic when all I had was a major depressive episode! What a sick sick sad excuse for a mental health professional!!!”
