ELEV8 Demolition Reviews

“TLDR: If you want the work done professionally and at a reasonable price, this is your team! If you can't extend grace to businesses and business owners over uncontrollable (or minor) issues, do it yourself. Making the decision to hire Elev8 Demolition after interviewing two other local companies was one I didn't regret. In fact, I have recommended them to dozens of people over the past year. Their pricing model is straight forward and did not contain any surprises or hidden fees. The communication was pretty good. The permits coordinator pulled the NOC and permit for me to sign within a day of my signed quote and deposit online. Three days later the job was scheduled. At the close of business on the day of the job, I contacted them because the demo hadn't begun. I received an apologetic call and text within two business days for the snafu -- Rain and a prolonged job pushed all their work back a few days and contacting me slipped through the cracks. Things happen, so this wasn't a big deal to me as long as it will be made whole. They updated me on the new scheduled date (less than 10 days away) so I patiently waited. As promised, they knocked down and hauled away everything, and leveled the areas where they used their vehicles as much as possible. They accidentally knocked down my mailbox but offered me a $50 discount as a result (very fair, in my opinion). I highly recommend Elev8 Demolition!”

“From start to finish, these guys were excellent. I had an under ground pool that I inherited. Previous owners buried it. As a once in a lifetime venture, I did not know where to turn to take it out. Thank you God that I contacted ELEV8 Demolition. Adam was upfront and honest about the job. Terms were agreed. The machine operator, John, was professional and knew what he was doing. Job complete and worth every penny. Thank you again. Makes me wish I had another buried pool just so I could work with them again. Steve.”

“Had elev8 demo a mobile home that I was in a time crunch to get done. Adam got everything set up and was on top of it the entire time. The operator of the excavator who was a younger guy that I sadly can’t remember his name did a perfect job. Managed to work in tight space without effecting anything around it and left the job site perfectly flat and cleaned. The roll off truck driver also did a great job. Would highly recommend and use again. Nice to see a company working smoothly.”

“Ian was great to deal with throughout the process. Very courteous and prompt communication. Tim did a good job operating the equipment. Scheduling was a little difficult. Overall they did a great job with the demo and cleanup. And saved my artificial turf which I was afraid might be damaged. They should have had an electrician disconnect the breaker beforehand and I had to get an electrician out. Despite that hiccup I'd say Overall they did a great job.”

“I live in Texas, and I recently went through the probate process in Florida because my dad passed away in January. Once the process was over, I was able to start the process with ELEV8 and everything was taken care of within a month. The staff was very responsive via email, phone, and text message. Jackson and Amber were the two main employees that I worked with. I definitely recommend using this company.”
