“Carpets were wet for over 2 days and ruined our wood trim on our kitchen floor. They said the carpet looked clean, it doesn't. Their guy fixed it, took almost 3 weeks. Ofcourse it was our fault it took so long. We expressed our grievience and we were told we had 5 days within service, and that we should have read the agreement. We waited until our floor was fixed to express that we were unpleased, like anyone with a few brain cells would do. We understand mistakes happen, unfortunately this was handled well from the top.”
