“From the phone call to the service to restoring my upstairs AC, absolutely 5 stars across the board. JoJo was my service technician and he was incredibly professional, super kind, and up front about the issue and price to fix. Even better, he had a new blower motor on-hand in his work van. He was here and gone within an hour and restored my machine to operating condition and gave me a quick education about the component that had failed. Apparently I did well for getting 15 years out of the first blower motor! The convenience, same-day appointment speed, and professional technician ensured I’ll be using Estes again. While AC repair is not generally a fun expense, the convenience and speed of repair made it worth the cost. They were priced fairly and had me fixed in no time.”

“I was referred to Estes Heating & Air by one of my neighbors who was extremely satisfied with the company. These folks were tremendous. On time, courteous and extremely professional. I would recommend them over any other AC company in the area. They came to install a professional ventilation system for a kitchen that we had installed. Called them on Thursday afternoon they showed up on Friday for the estimate. And on Tuesday they were here in my house working. “This is my third experience with Estes and have been extremely pleased with the outcome each time. This experience was a full system replacement of my home AC unit. John and Trennis did an exceptional job getting the old system removed and the new system installed. They showed up exactly when scheduled, were very professional and did a great job. “Este’s Heating & Air responded on a 108 degree feels like Saturday weekend day, when no other company we called would show up until the next week, and they sent technician Christian Trevino, who rushed following his other calls to help us, and he somehow got a 21 year old unit to blow some cold air, and just all around did everything he could to help us cool down.
