“Very poor customer service overpriced items and no proof of carte size of diamonds. And when they ran my credit it was said out loud for the whole story here how much i had in my bank how much I made an hour it was the worst experience ever the owner is the worst one of them all and his wife .”

“Me and my fiancé have brought over $7000 worth of jewelry here… A piece breaks on one of my fiancés necklaces, so we go to them to see what they can do, we were told we would know how much if any charge before they proceed to fix it.. long story short two weeks later we get a call that it’s going to be $300??!!(AGAIN WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYTHING TO BE DONE) (we were waiting to see how much the quote would be to fix the small piece that came off) so here we go back up to exotic and the lady tried saying that they couldn’t have find our number to let us know how much it was going to be (BULLSHIT BTW) . We have brought over 5 pieces of jewelry I don’t understand how our information isn’t in their system. It was not about how much money it was to fix our necklace: it’s the FACT We did not authorize them to proceed without being notified of the price. We pay the stupid amount but notice the diamonds look farther apart and let the owner know and he said that they could put the black lining on the necklace again. Like WTF why was that even took it off in the first place when the reason they had my necklace was for repair of a small piece!!! Smh Definitely will NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. First and last time I buy something from y’all.”

“Bought a chain from them turned out to be weighed down with something because not all gold. Took it back to them and they keep saying it’s gold even though I have taken it to a couple of different places and have been told at all of them that it’s not real may be gold plated but not all gold”
