“This is about the EZ Storage in Monroeville, PA (not Huntingdon Valley), but my customer code only allowed me access to this location. My family rented a unit in Monroeville for five years. The space was clean and secure. The site itself is great being on a major thoroughfare with simple access and egress. The storage configuration was great with secure entry, appropriate lighting from gate to unit and even inside our unit (one bulb, but plenty of light for a 10x15). There is nothing fancy about the set-up, but this is a storage unit and not an apartment. Our rental period moved through two management staff and we didn't even notice the transition (seamless) but a special notice to the most recent team Paul and Karin for superior service through our exit. We worried that once we informed them we were moving out, we'd be a waste of the management's effort (versus the move-in), but this certainly wasn't the case. We were treated as 'customers' from beginning to end. If I had to generate a negative comment to balance out the positives, it would be difficult. As such, if we're in need of a unit in the future (we're staying local for now), we'll certainly be back.”

“This review is for 289 Dekalb Rd. The Montgomery location.....This storage facility stretched beyond expectations and if it weren't for Jo Ann persuading my boss and I to come and take a look at the facility in person (and Jo Ann also went to extra lengths to work with my budget) I may not have rented at this location. Before seeing the EZ storage in Montgomeryville, I had signed a contract with a competitor in the area, but I was not in love with the facility. I contacted EX storage in Montgomeryville and Jo Ann persuaded me to come and see the location. From the minute I stepped onto the premises, Jo Ann and Matt could not have been more accommodating. And the facility is impeccable. I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and feel completely secure at this location and Jo Ann and Matt were more than happy to accommodate my requests for no extra fee. After helping get me a monthly fee closer to my company's budget, I signed on the spot and cancelled the other (cheaper) storage unit. I am extremely impressed and looking forward to being a customer for a VERY long time.”

“The entire staff at this EZ Storage located on Big Bend in Crestwood is absolutely WONDERFUL. They provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and made my move in so easy. The help they provided was greatly appreciated. The facility is always immaculate and is well maintained by the staff. Wendy and her husband are a tremendous asset to the EZ Storage Company and represent the company well. Customer service is so important and you can rest assure that the entire team at this facility goes beyond the expected to provide EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The entire staff is very friendly, accommodating and are always available to answer any questions, EZ Storage should be honored to have this team manage the facility as they make each visit so pleasant. “I've been storing my items in the Sterling Heights, MI location and after all the research I did before choosing EZ Storage, I can tell you I made the right decision! Yes, it is a little more $$ than some of the other storage facilities, but it is worth every penny! (Since my entire life is stored within those walls!) The hallways have street signs, so it's easy to navigate around the building, and there are cameras everywhere. Not only is it safe and secure, but it is climate controlled, and centrally located as well. It's super clean, and Dawn, the manager, is super-detail oriented, and has constantly provided me with friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Thumbs up for this place!”

“I have used storage companies from MA to Hawaii, with a lot in between. E Z Storage in Utica MI is by FAR the best in service and the way they handle customers. The manager Nicole is one of the best I have dealt with. I hate to say this as I would not want to loose her from that location, but as a former Bussiness owner (now retired), I would have no problem in promoting Nicole. EZ Storage should be proud of her and have her training others to handle customers the way she does. I do wish Utica had 24 hour access.”

“Dawn is very friendly and understanding! I thought all my stuff would fit into a 9 x 10 and quickly realized it wouldn't be-Dawn upgraded me to a 10 x 10 with no problem. She had locks available for purchase at the front desk. The hours are convenient and safe with the digital entry pad. The storage is inside so there is no dust, dirt or weather elements to worry about ever. When you need to pull stuff out there is enough room outside your unit and a pull dolly to transport your stuff back and forth.”

“Location managers Stacie and Robin are very professional and very helpful with their knowledge the EZ Storage business. They have assisted me in finding a suitable storage area for my business. This facility has a good location and is always neat and clean. I have had other storage locations with different companies and am not impressed with any of them and they have lost me as a customer. EZ storage with their friendly managers, inside access and 16' ceilings will keep my business.”

“I've been at the Eastpointe Location (21500 Gratiot Ave.) for almost 2 years; and i don't plan to leave anytime soon. The staff there managed by Ms. Angela Olkowski are always friendly & professional. The site is clean from the curb appeal to the rest rooms, elevators and halls. Whatever issues i've had (2); Ms. Angela addressed quick & with an empathy you don't see in customer service these days! Thank You! :-)”

“I have rented at the Pittsburgh - North Hills (Ross Park Mall Drive) location two times now, and have had a great experience with EZ Storage. The staff is very friendly and the units that they rent are clean and well maintained. Very good pricing for the size of the space and the free trucks for move-in are a very nice bonus.
