“Absolutely the worst experience and would have taken my business elsewhere if I knew they are super slow at pool installs. When we purchased they told us that they have several crews who knock out 50 pools a week. Lie! They don’t even work on Saturdays. I also find it very appalling that the salesman doesn’t even recall a 16 minute conversation that he had with me a week ago. We purchased a pool in December and will be lucky to have it installed by July. You can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they pretend that they don’t remember you. I will never use them again for any outdoor needs.”

“I have had the worst experience trying to get a paid for pool over $5100 installed was told by salesman we started number 300 then went up to 408 and was told a time of buying they knock out 50 at a time last update was 198 we moved up 4 ridiculous and unsatisfactory I feel I was lied too and thinking about returning it so angry we bought our pool in April and it sits in my garage now that I cannot use either, the expense of return if it does happen will definitely not be mine.”
