“Well this was the very first time visiting FiveGuys and were we disappointed. We had a gift card and figured let's see what all the fuss is about.. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? They opened late, my wife and I were first to order. The Grill and surrounding area was FILTHY, staff was rude.. then the menu sucks due to the fact it is ridiculous they call themselves a food establishment.. Their prices are way too high for what you get. Food barely registers as average.. I know at least a dozen burger places (and not the chain food places) that have better food, way better prices and many more choices. Honestly if you are starving and FiveGuys is the only place within 500 miles then maybe that would be a reason to go... TO ALSO ALERT YOU ALL , I EVEN CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN A FEW HOURS... THAT WAS OVER 24 hours ago..”
