To this day we are often asked how and why did we get into this niche? And the simple truth is … WE HAD NO OTHER CHOICE! Like many of our current clients, we are also real estate and investment professionals ourselves. We also had other investor clients that relied on our expertise and direction as well. They had trouble obtaining funding to expand their profit margins (or just to get a “start” in the race) Our investors would walk into their local mainstream bank (such as Bank of America) and either got declined for a loan or if they didn’t get declined the approval the bank came back with was a ‘tiny’ amount. Even those with excellent credit! So when they learned this basic approach clearly did not work, we then recommended they go online to a few “creditable” financial/funding companies with claims of funding. We thought this advice would solve their funding problem once and for all.
