“If your representation can't even come up with an opening statement on your behalf during final decision conference with adjudication judge and surprisingly the adjudication judge unknowingly shocks you by actually introducing you to your lawyer for the very first time ever during this important near 3 year long process because when you did correspond with the firm, it was always someone else you talked to and become slightly comfortable with, and never the lawyer that's now in this final conference that couldn't even muster up an opening statement on my behalf! Doomed from the start! Judge tells this lawyer to go ahead with her opening statement and to my shock and awe, she declined by saying "No judge, I'm good we can proceed" What? I'm gonna guess this was because she had never met me! A decision that's going to affect my quality of life for the rest of my life and we couldn't even come up with an opening statement on my behalf! Nothing! I could not, in good faith, ever recommend this sort of representation to anyone desiring a positive outcome to their case! Also, when the adjudication judge offers you an extension before making her decision so your recent test results can be considered and tells your lawyer that she is responsible for collecting these results and then passing them on to her! You have to call lawyer to see what's going on because last day of extension given has arrived and your told they are still waiting for those test results to be released, the very same results that I've had a copy of for 21 of the 30 days of the extension we were given!”
