“Please don’t move here. If you value your safety or sanity, or that of your loved ones, please don’t move here. It is really not safe, I was attacked by a man literally in the valet circle, and it is not a place I would wish my worst enemy to live in. I have had the issues below since I moved here in November 2021, and have received zero help from the company. I spoke to Monica Fife at corporate, And she assured me I could cancel my lease with a 60 day notice, with no fees, but when I called back after I found a new place she said never mind. Aka lied. I have tried to reach her leadership, and she is not obliging, and has offered no help. I pay over $2200 for a studio and it’s honestly so bad. Please don’t move there. Below are a few of the issues, and is what I sent to Monica Fife. 1. Outside doors remaining open/ key fobs not having to be used to open them or use elevator etc. safety issues 2. Common area h vac systems not working for literally months. 3. Elevators being consistently broken or unusable. Causing huge lines and wait times. In hallways that don’t have AC… 4. The day I moved in your head maint employee victor tried to physically take a cart I was using away from me. They were trying to move paint and it was the last cart there was. I had to give my ID to use it. 5. No communication from office on apartment visits, inspections etc. 6. I was literally attacked by a homeless man in the valet circle. Your team saw this happen FYI. 7. There are multiple units being used as Air BNBs…. Does this sound like a good place to live, or worth $2200 a month? Honestly…..”
