“I have had a few attorneys over the years and after living my life under the incompetent thumb of Phil Hawkins for 2 years, I will never hire another attorney again. Ten months into my injury, I had to get and pay for my own surgery. Never any weekly pay. Does not read documents before giving them to you to sign. Everything lost in the mail both ways. Staff incompetent. The insurance companies run all over him and settlements are near nothing. Said I had a "good" chance at a favorable outcome. I had one knee surgery. Then when I did not get a favorable outcome, he tells me he has had 4 knee surgeries and is not disabled. You will be better off handling your own case than being lied to by this criminal! I posted this on his Google review and he deleted it! As soon as I posted here, he had all of his friends post favorable reviews for him to place this review at the bottom.”
