“We spent a substantial amount of money to have a mini split installed. The cost was more than a standard AC unit but the contract stated they would maintain and fix issues. They installed the unit without issue and were professional. Less than a month and the unit works intermittently. It took two weeks of back and forth with several cancelations on the company's part before someone came out. Of course the unit was working at that time. The next day it stopped blowing cool air again. We have been cancelled on three times after waiting around all day to have this corrected. They have not taken any actions to correct the issue. I have never been this frustrated with a company from a service standpoint. For the cost, this should absolutely be working and the runaround and lack of professionalism from Heart has been astonishing.”
