“Did not send pictures that were asked for on first run. Appears no editing was done”

“I have ordered 3 video/photo package. The first one was great no complaints. The second and third looked like photos my 12 year brother can take with his phone with the exception of a few. The worst part is when I tried to explain why I wasn’t satisfied and asked for a refund or a redo I was told by the CEO Joe Josuele that I was out of line and to stop contacting them. Didn’t acknowledge once my concern as a customer. Absolutely horrific customer service and unprofessional company! I will never waste my money on them again. Have your little brother take the photos they will do a better job then these people that don’t know how to manage a business and look after their paying customer’s needs.”

“I tried to express my concern about bad photos and my concern wasn’t acknowledged at all and I received rude emails telling me I am not being nice! It’s about customer service and paying for a valued product and doing business with high customer standards if I don’t believe the job was done right I should have the right to say so. All I did was voice my concern and expect a resolution and never got it. Don’t do business with this company. They don’t value their customers and don’t do a consistent great job with photos either. See samples of $200 photos below. Also FYI the CEO is a big jerk and you will know that as soon as he reaches out to “address” your concern.”

“Photos very average, Joe business owner extremely rude and obnoxious and will not resolve any complaint you may have. Very disappointed with the last couple of shoots photos blurry and look like bad cell phone photos. Do not waste your time or money on this company.”
