“I would give 0 stars if I could. As a patient who has been with HPA for several months, I can never get in touch with the office here. They sent me an e-mail saying the doctor I was with had left the practice and to call to be scheduled with a different doctor. I called several times with no answer. I have also made several medication refill requests which haven't been filled or responded to. Don't risk being ghosted by HPA, go somewhere else if you can.”
