Hugo Plumbing Co Reviews

“We hired them to clear the sludge from the a/c drain pipe. We requested that they use the snake to get all of it (we can see the sludge with our camera). They acted like we were crazy and told us that hot water would take care of it. We paid them, but the sludge is still there. When we called to let them know, they told us they would call back. They never did. The people who came out were very unprofessional and would not even address our concerns. Not good!”
