James Avery Jewelry Reviews

“I have purchased a lot of jewelry here. I have 7 kids, 6 girls all who support the Ruth scripture ring and many other pieces. I came in town to look at the curb toggle necklace. After receiving attitude because the I wanted the $500 necklace shined not tarnished as it was presented to me.I was told to come back in 5 hours and it would be clean. I left and after considering the way I was treated decided I’d wait to purchase at the Dillards by home where I’m not only get excellent care I get updates and personal text from my James Avery jewelry counter Manager. They could not get the necklace for me. They suggested I order on line. I did. The necklace showed up tarnished. I have a box for silver jewelry and none of my personal jewelry ever looks the shabby, and they sent this to me new looking this dull and unattractive ? I proceeded to call customer service. I told him about the attitude I got at Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa. I told him about the excellent service I got from the Dillards store at pinnacle malls in Arkansas. I then sent them a picture via email and they said they get back to me. I never heard back. I did get offered a polishing cloth when I made a comment online. Really? I have plenty of those thank you. The jewelry that comes out of my box looks better than the jewelry you selling your stores or ship to your customers. My daughter works as a manager in a chain of jewelry stores. I should have gone to see her from the beginning instead of some misgiven loyalty to a company that after years of business I meant nothing to.”
