“Because they would arrive late, they would stay late which impacted my evening plans. The installers didn't know I understood spanish at first. I t seemed that they argued and bad mouthed Keller Interiors Even saying that they didn't want to work with Keller Interiors. They weren't being paid adequately. They shouldn't ask the home owner to be going to Lowe's to pick up supplies.”

“I had a terrible experience with Keller. At this point my issue has still not been resolved although the original install for carpeting was done in August 2021. When the installers were sent to my home, they were not well trained to work with stairs. The carpet was not cut correctly, staples are able to be seen, the carpet is not tight around the edges I could go on but I'll just say that the job was very poorly done! When I placed a call to Keller supervisor Ty came out, took pictures of the work and agreed that the job on the stairs would need to replaced. That began the journey! When carpet was ordered it was not a match for the rest of the house so I refused to have it installed. So far, I am still living with carpet that looks as if a 5 yr old child stapled it to the stairs. I have called numerous times, phone calls are not returned and as of March 1st. I have been waiting 7 months to get this issue resolved. I am at a loss to understand how this company does business in this way and would advise anyone considering having them do work for you against it. If and when I get some kind of resolution I will certainly not do business with them or Lowe's who contracts with them again!”

“Do not work with Keller Interiors in Urbandale. The office staff does not take accountability for their nonprofessional timeliness when it comes to the installation. It has been 5 weeks since Keller was suppose to install our floors. The installation team has been to our house 5 times, and each time there was an excuse as to why they could not install the floors. One excuse was that our floors are not level-I took out a 5 foot level and placed it in the locations that they said were not level and the bubble in the level showed that our floors were level. Keller wanted to charge us $1,300 to level 10% of our floor space. They should be reported for fraud.”
