Lakeview Maids Reviews

“Do not hire for any type of deep cleaning! I hired Lakeview Maids to deep clean a dirty apartment that my daughter was moving into. They quoted me $300 via email for a deep cleaning that they states included “cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans, inside windows and sills, inside kitchen appliances including oven, microwave, and refrigerator, inside and out of every cabinet, scrubbing the bathtub. Basically every corner of the apartment.” When they showed up they increased the price to $650. I asked for a quote for a deep clean of the baseboards, full kitchen and refrigerator, full bathroom, windows and sills, and one ceiling fan. They quoted $500. I accepted with the impression that it would all be deep cleaned. They did NOT deep clean. The refrigerator was not cleaned, some of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned as well as the side and back of toilet. The baseboards looked better but I was able to get them cleaner on my own. I had to reclean the kitchen floor… they may have mopped but did not deep clean it. There was still gunk behind the kitchen sink. When I texted them the pictures they did not respond and blocked my number. This company is a complete scam! There website looks professional but don’t be fooled! Check out the reviews on Yelp… they tell the truth.”

“Showed up 2 1/2 hrs late then demanded more money on the spot- this was a move out cleaning and it was the last day of our lease. After they had not shown up on time or responded to any calls or emails, I tried to find another cleaner but no one was available on such short notice, so we had no choice but to give them the extra $100 which they justified by saying our 1 bed was "too big" and was "extra dirty". Then they insulted us while they cleaned. Horrible experience. I would not use them ever again under any circumstance. They didn't even do a good job- we're going back to clean the oven.”

“Please remove this business from your website. We were scammed by them. They buy fake reviews. For evidence, compare their 2 star review on Yelp (numerous people claiming to have been scammed by them) to their 4+ review on Google. Also note that almost all of their positive reviews on Google are from users that have only ever reviewed one business.”

“Asked me to clean my own appliances and take my own trash out. I paid for a deep clean which should all be included. Terrible experience”

“Very bad experience. They were racist and refused to clean my condo.”

“They left garbage on my desk instead of throwing it out.”
