Her name is Bertha Hurels and I want to say that I went in on 4/25/2025 to finalize the payment and process of the opening of a plot I have. Bertha was more than courteous. She was informative, very cordial, patient and was able to not only help me with this opening part but she also helped me in finalzing the headstone with such grace and patience. I say patience, because I did not know what to choose. She is a very added addition to your Laurel Land Staff.”

“My mother purchased a mausoleum at a very high price more than 20 years ago. I was informed that merely opening and closing the mausoleum will cost $2,000. These people are not just ridiculous. They border on the criminally ludicrous. All of their prices on their price list are much higher than the local and national average. If this were a disaster area the prices would be considered predatory and thus illegal.”
