Lawson Family Plumbing Reviews

“I've used Lawson for over 15 years for 4 of my homes. My friends and I will not be using them anymore. Horrible customer service and on-site plumbers. This company has gone down the tubes over the last few years. They set up an appointment for me to run a snake through my outside fountain and then when they showed up they said "we don't do fountains". Also told me this was first time they had worked at this house (they had installed water filter and purifier for me over the years and been out many times). Then the office personnel said they would have a supervisor call me to discuss and of course they never called. I called Parker & Sons and they are happy to snake my fountain for me. Be very wary of Lawson Family Plumbing.”
