“had the worst experience here and feel rippthe assistants told me they discussed me in their “morning meetings” and Dr. Nielson and other staff made weird comments to me regarding the braces falling off. How does a patient remove their own braces without pulling teeth out? The office was mad that I missed a couple of appointments during the pandemic even though I work in a school and was exposed and trying not to expose them. I was recently sent a very passive aggressive text that made me just give up. I still have crooked teeth and the built in retainer they inserted came out too. Staff present as polite but they treated me pretty badly when the work done was sub par And I was discouraged after having to go WEEKLY to have them reapplied. I could have gone somewhere else for less money and not had the staff and dentist give me a hard time. I might also have straight teeth!”
