“Heather assisted me in ordering fans that I had seen online from a brand that you all carry in the store. The shipping took an unusually long time (coming from another country) and Heather kept me updated on the expected shipping dates as she heard from the distributor. When one of the fans had some electrical troubles she went above and beyond what was expected through the warranty because of the delay in shipping (which was no fault of Masterpiece Lighting). The person who serviced the fan was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with my experience as a customer at Masterpiece Lighting and recommend them to everyone!!”

“I took my Visual Comfort Billiard ceiling light to the Mid-Town location today because it had issues with the wiring and one of the bulb sockets. I had previously visited them before Christmas when they were able to find a replacement socket for the piece, but fixing the wiring was beyond me. Phil worked on it for nearly an hour and was abe to fix it and tested it to make sure that it worked. This was a complimentary service even though I myself had not purchsed the fixture originally. Above and beyond service. Thank you again!”

“I ordered a few Casablanca fans and they look amazing installed. Really beautiful and look exactly as pictured. Dana shipped them to me in Colorado because I found them on his website and I had them within a few days of ordering. A local person installed for me for $75 for all three rooms and also installed the controls to the wall and the remote is a very convenient added touch since my daughter likes to control her fan / light from her bed. They look sleek and the customer service was amazing. Thanks Masterpiece!”
