“The staff here from the front desk to the Physical therapists are great. They are knowledgeable, great at listening, and pay attention to detail (form, etc). We have never had a negative experience and we are already a few months doing 3x/week. They have been understanding when we needed them to be. They have always gone above and beyond assisting us from appointments, insurance/doctor, school excuses, and calling between hours for advice if needed. I can't imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else for PT in the future. I will for sure always request this location with this staff for myself or my family to my doctors, I'll be recommending this location/staff to my friends, and I'll be recommending this location/staff to all who are looking for recommendations on Nextdoor, Facebook, Yelp, etc. I can't thank y'all all enough for making us feel comfortable when we are there, listening to our needs, and how much you obviously care about all your patients in the building! :)”
