“NEVER GO THERE!!! HIGH FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE! If I could give -10 stars I would! I scheduled an appointment there priorly, so it wasn't an urgent visit. I arrived to my appointment on time. I had to wait to be seen by a medical staff first for 20 minutes then another 40 minutes in the room. (I thought they already forgot about me at certain point). It was a simple bronchitis visit. They did a regular check up on me and chest x-ray, but DIDN'T even ask me some of the important questions like what medications I'm currently on or what I'm allergic to. They prescribed me some medication and that was it. The time that medical staff seen me for all together was 15 minutes and 1 hour of waiting. I WAS NOT SEEN BY A DOCTOR, I WAS SEEN PY A PA. After I started taking prescribed medications my condition got much worse then before. I had to take extra days off work because of it and lost my job. I tried calling them multiple times just to ask the PA who prescribed it to me whether I should stop taking it or not ( There was steroid medication and something else so I didn't know whether it was safe to just stop taking it abruptly). I could only ever reach out to their call center (you won't be able to reach out to the facility itself) and they said that they can only leave a message for the PA that has seen me. After leaving multiple messages no one ever contacted me! Call center said if you go to the facility you'll be able to talk to get your answers there. And in a horrible condition (that was worsened by medications prescribed) I went there for the front desk just to tell me that they have no means of contacting the doctor that works with them and that they can only leave the same message as before. And they offered me to get charged for another visit with another PA to start it all over. At that moment I knew that they are a bullshit organization that only cares about money and don't give a sh*t whether they treated you properly or made your condition worse. I went to seek help elsewhere after that encounter. AND A CHERRY ON THE TOP! I received $547.50 bill for a simple 15 minutes bronchitis visit! (Where they made my condition much worse without taking responsibility for it). I made a research online and a bronchitis visit regular price for urgent care is $127, NOT $547.50. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A FRAUD! Together with x-ray that entire visit should NOT cost me any more than $200, which I can agree to pay, but no way in hell THAT costs $547.50! Tried to reach out to their billing department to figure it out and they said that they can charge me whatever they want and that's it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you don't want to be fraudulently overcharged and have your condition worsened!”
