Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces Reviews

“We started our outdoor remodel process thinking just a little turf would set us straight, but the team at Outdoor Makeover went through all the options to make the absolutely best use of our backyard. What was previously a mudhole and rotting deck is now a large, lush, flat usable yard for our two small children, and a full outdoor kitchen and dining space. It is truly magazine-worthy and we LOVE it (as do our guests). From City of Atlanta permitting hassles (you are an angel of a human, William!), install (we miss you, Ashley and crew!), overall project management (looking at you, Daulton!), and the cleanup and delivery guys, EVERYONE was a delight and wonderful to work with. The teams were efficient, communicative and knowledgeable, as well as patient with us as we asked LOTS of them along the way. We cannot recommend them enough!”

“We can’t say enough great things about this company! From our very first meeting with Navid and Chris where they made our (very vague) vision come to life on paper, Outdoor Makeover has exceeded our expectations at every turn. They are fast, incredibly hard working, and their work is simply top-notch. But perhaps most importantly, they listen to their customers and check in at every stop of the process, making adjustments throughout to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied. If you are looking for a company to reimagine your outdoor space, look no further - I promise that you will not be disappointed.”

“Contracted a big project to build an outdoor kitchen and covered patio. Some things initially weren’t built quite right but they stood behind their work and made it right in pretty short order. Our project manager, Chuck, was a great communicator and very reasonable throughout the project. Geraldo did all the plumbing, electrical and carpentry and was an expert at his many crafts. He was also very helpful in mocking up certain aesthetics to help my wife visualize the final product. Finally, the sales rep, Jonathan, was very diligent in his communication and follow up as we ironed out details and scope of work.”

“BEAUTIFUL work. GREAT to work with! Thank you Ashley, Will, Daulton, Chuck and Ricky for transforming my crumbling yard into a beautiful (and safe!) outdoor oasis for me and my pups. Your design was thoughtful and well executed. I especially want to call out the way you handled my project concern. In addition to taking my concerns seriously, you brought the whole team together to brainstorm solutions WITH me. This kind of creativity and accountability is rare - and deeply appreciated! I will definitely use you again! Before and after pics below. You can see my pups love it!”

“We used OMLS to do some landscaping in our front and backyard. Overall we are very pleased with the work and service. Jonathan was nice to work with during the planning and design phase. He met with us several times to ensure we had everything we wanted in the plan. David was awesome during the construction phase and always provided timely updates and answered any questions we had throughout the process. Ivan and team worked very hard to get everything done despite several days of rain. Ivan was also great with updates. Five stars for the service we received.”

“Although our project was relatively small compared to some of their projects, they created a thorough plan, vetted it with us, and executed it efficiently. We were very pleased with Jonathan, Daulton, and Oscar! Communication was great. Oscar would take a video of the work done that day and post it to the group. Pre-construction meeting was really important to clarify expectations. The work was completed within the time frame they estimated!! We will definitely call on them for any future outdoor projects. We highly recommend this group!”

“Just in time for Spring! I am so obsessed with my new backyard!! I came to Outdoor Makeover with a firepit idea. Jonathan came by and we brainstormed together and he came up with the most brilliant idea!! Together with Ashley & Daulton the dream team created my custom oasis!! Quickly and efficiently - the team communicated every single day and made sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. The pictures do not do it justice!! It is absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to enjoy it once the weather finally breaks.”

“Outdoor Makeover did such a great job on our yard. We’ve had several contractors work on our house in the past, and OM was the absolute best. They regraded our property, rebuilt a retaining wall, laid sod, and replanted. Chris did a great job helping us design the project, David kept the project running on schedule, and Ivan and his team did a fantastic job executing. Our questions and concerns were all ways welcome, and the project wrapped up quickly. We are very grateful for their time and effort. We highly recommend Outdoor Makeover.”

“I had an extremely wonderful experience from my first phone call and throughout the project. It was a joy getting to know and working with Chris, Ricky, and Ivan. From start to finish, I was amazed with their process and customer service. The daily video reviews kept me informed of what had been accomplished and what to expect to happen the next day. Each day they left the project neat and clean. They gave an estimated timeline of about 8 working days, but they were finished in 4.5 days. Thank you for a most positive experience”

“Outdoor Makeover and Livings Spaces did an amazing job from start to finish on our retaining wall and landscaping. Access was difficult and they were meticulous about making sure damage was minimized throughout the project and that no detail was missed by the time they left. We couldn't be happier with the results! Huge thanks to Bryan, Chuck, Christian, Antonio and the entire crew for their great work and amazing communication throughout the entire process! If you're planning an outdoor project, call them!”

“Our backyard garden project was completed with top quality work and transparency throughout the entire project (photo and video updates, etc.) Jonathan made our dream come true for a backyard garden space, sketching out a plan and working with us closely to see out our project. David and Yovani did an incredible renovation and were professional and courteous from start to clean up. 10/10 would highly recommend using Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces!”

“We could not be happier with the overall experience with the crew. They went above and beyond from start to finish. He was such a pleasure to work with. He took the time to answer every question and knew the vision we were going for after the first visit. It was refreshing to deal with someone like him in every step of the process. he will be our first call moving forward on our next lawn project.”
