“I hired this law firm for a Bankruptcy case, while going through a identity/cyber hacking ordeal (my personal information (banking, tax, social media sites, email) constantly accessed/manipulated and locked out. After having a billing dispute with My HOA Belmont Crest in Upper Marlboro Maryland suddenly my home was constantly under attack with destruction of property, cyber hacking - anything attached to my Wi-Fi was accessed and manipulated banking social, media sites, email accounts, security system and outdoor cameras all accessed manipulated. the owner were heavy hitters in Prince George County Maryland judicial arena. After paying and going through the course of Bankruptcy. Sanchez and Garrison started with a bang and suddenly ended with "set up for failure"? In getting my documents ID if I gave it, they did not have it when it was time to come to the table (as simple as a Social security card) anything that would call for delay/dismissal. My personal identity was under attack- I informed Sanchez and Garrison noting items I sent it; they did not receive, and my files were constantly deleted. At the same time my home was broken into a pipe busted (vandalism) and had to be gutted out, further destroying my legal paperwork, etc. however I always advised Sanchez and his staff what was happening in order to get to the finish line. Then it happened, during a 2nd virtual with the Trustee my Wi-Fi has hacked. I contacted the firm's office and asked to speak with the lawyer handling my case telling them of the problem. the staff refused. 30 minutes into the virtual, I was connected with Sanchez who informed me that I missed the virtual and the case was dismissed. I informed him that I had been calling for about an hour prior noting my difficulties in getting online. I'd never had contact with Sanchez the lawyer throughout the process only his staff. No pre-preparation was ever given. I called throughout the week asking, "what can be done to get back on track. I was told I would have to refile (six-thousand-dollar payment again) I said not, there has got to be something else. they said we will send you the dismissal paperwork. I continue to call for options. I was spoken to harshly by his staff, then ignored. I never got a call, email or text back from Sanchez and Garrison. Taking matters into my own hands, I went up to Baltimore Bankruptcy court read the files and found out that I was given a week to respond to the dismissal. Given the fair play to state why/ what happened- to get back on track. Sanchez and Garrison NEVER told me this. I immediately fired Sanchez and Garrison and drafted my rebuttal and I'm waiting on the outcome. We hire law firms due to their knowledge and most importantly look out for best interest and most important be fair and above all be "ABOVE REPROACH" that was not my experience. I'm in bankruptcy court, I can't afford a lawyer who works to do me in... Thank God I can read.”
