“Had an install of my new unit a couple weeks ago. Today, had a follow up to inspect the set up and check everything. From my first contact with this company and every subsequent contact, I have been IMPRESSED. Very professional organization. Not surprised they are a vet owned company. All of the techs that have come out have been just as professional. Being new to Arizona, I had a lot of questions, and they did not hesitate to answer them all. Have receive a couple phone calls since my purchase to see if everything was as promised etc. I am TOTALLY on board with this being my AC company for as long as I am living in this area.”

“I recently called Semper Fi for an ac inspection. The lady who answered the phone was so nice. She told me Brandon would be the person who would do the inspection. Brandon was on time, asked me about any concerns with the ac and quickly got to work. He took pictures of the ac issues (cracked lines, evidence of a leak, and the date ac was manufactured.). He explained what he'd seen and what it foretold about future issues. I was pretty sure I needed a new ac before I'd requested the inspection. When I told Brandon I was considering a new ac, he explained ac options, SEER options, etc. There was never any pressure, simply explanations. I opted to have a new unit installed by Semper Fi. The two men who did the installation were prompt, professional and pleasant.
