“Wow! I don't know about the other locations but my teenage son went to the West Gate location. My son gave the "barber," Mr. Stacy, a photo of what he wanted and Mr. Stacy totally missed the mark. He had my son facing away from the mirror the whole time and decided to be scissor happy with my son's hair. My mother took him and could not see what was going on so I will take my son the next time. Then, I called the manager, MR. CESAR, and it is shocking to hear that he is even a manager. When he answered the phone, I politely asked what his name was since I asked for the manager, and he says, "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" Really? His tone and how he was speaking to me was UNACCEPTABLE. He was very disrespectful and not engaging or curious how he could help. In fact, his response was, "There is NOTHING we can do but sorry your son doesn't feel good about his hair, you know what I mean?" It was very insincere. Due to MR. CESAR's lack of management style and MR. STACY not at all cutting my son's hair appropriately, I am going to reach out to regional. I do NOT recommend Skinny's as they don't take clients' needs seriously. Now my son doesn't even want to go to school because of his hair. And my son never gets this upset. He is a teenager, and he is worried what pushback and negative things people will say about his hair when he returns to school.”
