“I was very skeptical to try steam cleaning for my area rug. After all, the first steam cleaners I contacted gave me such a high estimate that it wasn’t worth getting it done. I debated whether to just replace my candle colored area rug with something darker so it doesn’t show dirt as much. I tried steam cleaning it myself but it still looked dirty and messy. I really love my white rug so, I gave professional steam cleaning another chance and called Master Steam Cleaning. Not only did they arrive on time so it didn’t interfere with my work schedule, the guys, Alex and Gabe, were the best. They were efficient, polite and honest with me. They did not try to bully me, they didn’t try to sell me a pitch. And most of all, my area rug looked close to brand new afterwards. I am so HAPPY and I told them I will be calling them again in 4 months for maintenance cleaning. So happy I found this company”

Michael Staley..Made our hard wood floors look brand new..The Carpet had a few stains on it and he got rid of all of them on the staircase and 2 smaller bedrooms ..could not ask for a better job unless you put brand new carpet in.. I highly recommend this company to everyone. This is the second time they don't an outstanding job, but this is the first time I've ever did a review.. Even The office hill, when they called me last fall. See if I wanted it done, then I told him I couldn't. I gave them a date to call me back after the first year and they called me on that date. Luis (the technician) came out, gave me a fair estimate and offered recommendations. During the entire process Luis showed professionalism and was very knowledgeable about their services. “Shaun and Hunter did a great job for me today. First time the carpets were professionally clean since we bought the house about 20 years ago. Of course we’ve kept them clean and we have our own little carpet cleaner but that’s nothing like what they can do with those big trucks and all that specialized equipment. Sean and Hunter explained to me everything they recommended and gave me rationale which I really appreciate. The carpet came out looking, amazing, and the upholstery looks awesome as well.
