Studio VaVaVoom Reviews

“This studio has changed my life, I've been at the studio for about 3 almost 4 years now. I have taken the classes, I have performed so many times and each time it's a wonderful experience. I personally feel that this is not your normal burlesque group. We love to tell stories and the studio values all our unique abilities. Im so looking forward to see where this studio goes and June the owner is one of the sweetest, kindest persons you will ever met. She will be your cheerleader and your friend. So will everyone else at studio Vavavoom! They will cheer you on and support you in your darkest of hour. Never had any tips stolen. Performed in every show since 2018.”

“Studio VaVaVoom is unique. I've taken classes and attended performances for the past 4 years, and it is a great place to learn burlesque or just attend as a spectator and enjoy the shows! The students and performers are encouraged to use their imagination and express themselves creatively. Students range from age 18+ and all sizes, genders, sexual orientations, and ethnicities are welcomed. All performance tips go directly to the performers. It’s no wonder Studio VaVaVoom was voted Best of the Valley 2021!”

“Does not value its best performers. Steals tips from the performers. The shows are not worth the $40 you spend, which btw does not include drinks. I have been to professional shows with literally nationwide known burlesque performers that charge $20-30 per show with drinks. Half the performances you will see will be amateur at best, with a few quality performances (I do not want to discount the quality performers). Overall bad business is done at this place. Look elsewhere for quality burlesque.”
