About TFT FIT LAB
The Tension Fit Trainer (TFT) is a revolutionary resistance & suspension training device. TFT boasts a one of a kind, 100% portable fitness design. It allows you to work with, against, and perpendicular to gravity. Unlike weights and pure suspension trainers, TFT follows the strength curve of each muscle. With every move, as your muscle gets stronger so does TFT. TFT provides a results oriented alternative to lifting weights.
