“Had been overbilled and asked for a refund. Was told there was no way the owner would give me a refund. They committed they would correct the issue the next month and overbilled me a second time. Informed me that they had to send a ticket to get the price corrected. Went in for another visit and a different person told me they would make sure it was fixed this month And I would be given 2 extra visits. Went in yesterday and was told they don't do anything for free and she didn't know why I was told that. Called me back today to tell me they were refunding me the $20 overpayment (2 mos $10 ea) and that they would not be able to update my rate to the $59 rate that I should have been getting because the new rate for Veterans is now $69, which is exactly what I had been asking for which was why they were refunding me to begin with. Office manager said they had no control over the decision as it was from corporate. I told her that's a terrible way to do a customer, but I'd have to bow out and ask that they not reinstate the monthly contract. Great chiropractors but terrible customer support from their back office and corporate. When you make a mistake YOU make it right!”
