“I did not want to leave any stars but I had to. This law firm is unprofessional and gives false hope. I had a consultation with the lawyer paid the fee and everything. He agreed to take my case. I’ve been calling the firm for over a week and have heard nothing. Called back for more information and the receptionist hangs up on me. The communication here is horrible. This is not how you treat me who are in need and dealing with immigration has been stressful for my family.”
